About us

Integrated care, as we propose it, represents a real paradigm shift in the Swiss healthcare system. It involves a holistic approach to healthcare, in which all the players in the system work together to offer coordinated, high-quality care to the members of the Arc jurassien region.

The Réseau de l'Arc brings together Swiss Medical Network, the canton of Berne and the insurer Visana to make this ambitious and visionary programme a reality.

Our model

The Swiss healthcare system is complex and involves several stakeholders: insured persons, insurers, cantons and service providers such as doctors and hospitals. This triangulation leads to divergent interests and a lack of coordination, which can be detrimental to the quality of care and the efficiency of the system as a whole. The vision of the Réseau de l'Arc is to bring these players together around the same table, to encourage better collaboration.

For the first time, a healthcare system is taking care of all its members, not just those who are ill.

By focusing on integrated care, the Réseau de l'Arc places members at the centre of the healthcare system, offering them personalised support throughout their lives. Above all, the aim is to promote their health and not wait until they are ill before taking action.
