DIAfit is a programme designed for people with type 2 diabetes, aimed at improving their lifestyle, supervised by a multidisciplinary team.
It offers a tailored rehabilitation programme that is beneficial for the heart, well-being and diabetes management. The programme is open to everyone, whether active or retired, following a preliminary medical assessment.
The DIAfit programme runs for three months.
The next session will begin on 15 September 2025 and end on 8 December 2025.
The DIAfit programme includes 36 compulsory one-hour physical activity sessions.

Six group-based therapeutic education workshops are available, led by our dietitian, specialist nurse or diabetes specialist.
Examples:
Throughout the programme, participants receive personalised follow-up care from a diabetes specialist. This specialist provides tailored care, adjusts treatment if necessary and helps each patient understand and manage their diabetes in relation to physical activity.
Insurance companies cover one DIAfit programme every three years.
Your general practitioner or diabetes specialist must complete the programme registration form and provide a prescription for physiotherapy.
